MailScience privacy

MailScience is an internal email campaign and reply tool for invited Toronto Developers members and assigned brand workspaces.

We store contact details, campaign and conversation records, reply drafts, consent notes and suppression history. Connected mailbox tokens are encrypted on the server. We use Firebase for app identity and the existing EA AI Microsoft and Google applications for separate mailbox authorization.

Receiving does not delete, move, archive or mark source mailbox messages read. Remote images and active incoming HTML are blocked. The beta does not use tracking pixels, rewritten click tracking or paid AI processing.

Local conversation history is retained during beta until an administrator handles a scoped deletion request. Opt-out history may be retained to prevent accidental recontact. Contact the administrator to request access, correction or deletion.
